How To Do Online Player Evaluations

All coaches are asked to do their player evaluations online… it’s simple, just follow the instructions below…

1. Login to the online system using the userid and password provided at the beginning of the season.
2. Click on "Show My Teams".
3. Click on "Edit" for your team.
4. Zip to the bottom of the new window, and click "Edit" for each player you want to evaluate (which is the whole team, except for U18 players who will not be returning!!). 
5. In the evaluation form you use a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) in 4 categories, plus a comments section.  Category descriptions are as follows:
   
   • Technical - how proficient is the player with soccer skills
   • Insight - how well does the player understand/learn the concepts/strategies/etc. of the game and put them into practice
   • Personality - player's attitude towards playing soccer, participating on the team, learning skills
   • Speed - how fast is the player on the playing field
6. In the Comments section add anything you think will be of value to next season's coordinator and coach that isn't covered by the above four categories.  In particular, note if the player had attendance issues related to work/hockey/football/commitment/etc.
7. To view evaluations coaches can select the Player Evaluation Summary.
