How To Do Online Player Evaluations

I know, it’s shocking!! But what we have done in the past wasn’t working so let’s give this a go…

The bonus is that the coordinators are going to be able to generate the summary for all/specified players as well as create an excel spreadsheet of the same.

Bonus #3 Next year when the kids move onto a new division we can sort them like that rather than flip back and forth between papers

All coaches are to be asked to do their player evaluations online…it’s simple (said she who’s never done it!!) Just follow the instructions below…

  1. Coaches login to the online system using the coach userid and  password they were given at the beginning of the year.
  2. Click on "Show My Teams".
  3. Click on "Edit" for your team.
  4. Zip to the bottom of the new window, and click "Edit" for each player you want to evaluate (which is the whole team!!). 
  5. In the evaluation form you use a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) in 4 areas, plus a comments section.
  6. To view the evaluations coaches can select the Player Evaluation Summary.
